Angie has been at Children's Hospital in the PET Center since January, 2002. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario in 1992. In 1996, Angie graduated from the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in Toronto, Ontario with a Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology. She is certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). In September of 2005, Angie successfully wrote the NMTCB'S PET registry exam becoming a registered PET technologist.

Since the arrival of the state of art PET/CT scanner in January, 2007 Angie has received extensive training on all aspects of the new scanner in order to acquire the highest quality images and to provide the utmost in patient care and services.

In her free time Angie plays soccer, golf and volleyball. She also enjoys sailing, reading, baking and gardening.
